Dr. Chadwick has been active developing small molecule and biologic investigational and commercial therapeutics for more than 15 years. His experience spans the full spectrum of CMC activity, reflecting roles of increasing responsibility while working for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Gilead Sciences, and Anthera Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Dr. Chadwick is founder of Strategic CMC, a privately owned firm providing comprehensive CMC consulting services to the pharmaceutical industry.

Amy has a background in surgical nursing and clinical administration, with experienced gathered in large hospital settings as well as smaller 23-hour surgical practices. Amy was instrumental is setting up a surgical center in San Jose for a private practice and successfully guiding California State and insurance reimbursement accreditation. Amy has been with PPS since our beginning, and has provided invaluable guidance on our facility design, qualification, and now all day to day operations. Amy is a licensed registered surgical nurse in New York, California and Nevada.

Brian graduated with a degree in Business Administration from California State University Monterey Bay. After spending time at Anthera Pharmaceuticals in multiple roles he has developed a thorough understanding of the nature of emerging biotech companies and their suppliers.
